On-Line appts - 'Patient Access' (and repeat medication ordering)
We are starting on-line appointment access from 1st September 2014. You are welcome to start registering ready for the new service. You can either come in to the practice and ask the receptionist for a letter which will give you access details or you can visit this website:
If you register on-line without the letter from the practice you will need to bring in ID (ie Passport or Driving licence) in order to be given full access to the service. You will only be able to book one appt on-line until you do this.
Once fully registered you will also be able to order your Repeat Medication via this service too. The current system we offer for ordering your repeat medication via the website will cease to work a about a month after we go live with 'Patient Access' so the sooner you can register for this new service the better. We will give patients the chance to switch over to the new system.
PLEASE REMEMBER TO ALLOW 7-10 DAYS BEFORE RINGING FOR YOUR RESULTS
CALL RECEPTION AFTER 2.30PM (MON-FRI)
